Basically some companies are pushing to be able to filter the internet to websites that pay them better then others. They could also make it so it's easier to access sites and products that they themselves own. Some of your favorite sites could become hard to get to.

Christmas Gift Giving Extravaganza!

Edit: A couple new challengers, and some links to the wicked awesome people who put up their lists.

Thus it begins!
So everyone involved is going to need to put up a wishlist of what they would like drawn and/or written about. You can change your wishlist as it goes and cross things out.People who want to gift these people will post in that journal that way the artist being gifted can give a gift back. It would be a very good idea for all parties involved to talk to each other that way they don't get 48 drawings of the same character. Also this isn't limited to gifting only one person. You can gift artist A and artist B. In fact you can gift all of them if you'd like.

Christmas Idea

Okie so this crazy idea dawned upon me. I think that we've got enough people around here that are friends to be able to hold some Christmas gift giving. Plus it's also a cheap way to do Christmas this year since everyone is so broke. Plus this is also a way in which everyone could get something. It's also completely optional.

The idea is everyone draw each other a picture. Each person could put up lists of what they would like to have drawn and each person can pick something from the list and sketch it for them. If you want in on this then make a wish list journal. If you want to gift someone then they have to give one back to you, but only if they're participating.

So how many people are on board with this idea? If we get to it I can always make a main journal with all the details and a list of all the participants. If you're totally on board with this then please post in this journal. I also think it'd be alright for people on my friend list and what not to join in on this little thing. Come on people join in the fray!
